Mr. Brian M. Jacoby is Senior Analyst & Partner at Trian Fund Management LP and has been a member of the Investment Team of Trian Fund Managemen since November 2005. Between December 2015 and February 2018, Mr. Jacoby served as a director of ARG Holding Corporation, the parent company of Arby’s® at the time and the predecessor of Inspire Brands, Inc. He previously served as a director of Meridian Audio, an English manufacturer of high-performance, high-fidelity audio and video components and systems, from 2006 through 2008. From June 2002 through June 2007, he served as an Associate, Corporate Development of Triarc Companies, Inc. Prior to joining Triarc, he worked at Salomon Smith Barney from 2000 to 2002 in the Media and Communications Investment Banking Group. He received a B.B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan Business School.
