Biography

Ben maintains a broad practice area covering all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.

On the contentious side, he is regularly asked to act on high level employment disputes, including high court actions and boardroom disputes, both for companies and senior employees.

His non-contentious expertise includes the negotiation of corporate and commercial transactions, with a particular focus on TUPE transfers and change management programmes.

His client base covers a wide range of sectors including financial services, support services and technology, both in the UK and internationally.
