Ashlee Weaver

Ashlee Weaver is a native of Gary, Indiana, with roots in Monticello, Arkansas. She moved to Indianapolis in 2003 and resides on the West Side. She is passionate about community, youth, and leadership development.

Ashlee connected with the non-profit sector of Indianapolis as an AmeriCorps VISTA with Indy Hunger Network. She completed a second term of service as an AmeriCorps Public Ally at Girl Scouts of Central Indiana. In November 2016, she joined the team at INRC as a Neighborhood Development Specialist and currently serves as our Director of Engagement.

Ashlee completed an Associate’s Degree in Human Services Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies, with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences. She was a Nina Mason Pulliam Legacy Scholar and holds an Associate Certification in Youth Work. She has facilitated trainings for AmeriCorps members, the Governor’s Council for People with Disabilities, IUPUI, Near East Area Renewal, the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Prosperity Indiana, Purdue Extension, and numerous neighborhoods in Indianapolis.
