Biography

Amy Nichols is the current Assistant Head and Director of Student Services in the School of Drama. She came to Carnegie Mellon six years ago after teaching Italian and advising students at the University of Pittsburgh. She has an MA in Italian Language and Literature from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia. Her passion for connecting with students and creative problem solving have led her to where she is today. In her free time, she runs, travels, and spends time with her husband and three children.
