Biography

Allison Bell is a partner in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Ms. Bell handles merger and acquisition transactions for a wide variety of organizations. Some of her recent transactions include representing a health care provider in the formation of home health joint ventures; representing a large health care foundation in a variety of acquisitions, including the acquisition of three hospitals from Tenet Healthcare Corporation; representing the world's largest offshore supply vessel company in a variety of acquisitions and dispositions; and representing a publicly traded Singapore venture capital group in connection with the acquisition of gas transmission assets in the state of Hawaii.

Ms. Bell also provides corporate and securities law advice to public companies, including U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting obligations; reviewing Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K; proxy statements and press releases; and compliance with corporate governance matters.
