Alan Sinsheimer is a partner in the General Practice Group, with a practice including mergers and acquisitions (both negotiated and unsolicited), corporate restructurings, high yield and other securities transactions, development of novel securities and structured finance. He represents a broad range of clients, including investment banks, commercial banks, private equity firms and corporate clients of all kinds.
