Eastside Partners invests in fast growing companies in the financial services, healthcare information and information technology sectors. The firm focuses on the highest growth industries within these sectors. They look for companies with market acceptance that are seeking capital to accelerate growth. The firm makes early- and expansion stage investments in companies with revenues of $2 million to $20 million and strong growth prospects. Eastside Partners also seeks companies with growth in revenues and/or cash flow greater than 25%. Companies should also have experienced management teams and attractive revenue models with a history of existing sales from multiple companies.Eastside Partners invests mainly in the Southeastern US, but they will consider attractive opportunities outside this region. Investments range from $2 million to $6 million in one or more investment rounds. The firm may invest up to $10 million or more with partners or co-investors. Eastside Partners typically makes minority investments. Funds are used for expansion capital, recapitalizations, later-stage shareholder liquidity and acquisitions. Deals may be structured as common stock, preferred equity or convertible debt.
