Real Estate Capital Partners (RECP) invests in US real estate. They employ two strategies: partnerships with targeted investments or separate accounts structured to meet individual parameters. RECP selects, analyzes and negotiates investments and represents clients in all facets of the acquisition process, including securing financing. The firm looks for CBD office buildings in the price range of $75 million to $500 million, in major markets nationwide with long-term hold and stable income from tenants. They also look to buy office, industrial, multi-family and retail space nationwide, focusing on single and multi-tenant units with stable income stream. RECP's preferred price range is $25 million to $100 million with a minimum of $20 million, a maximum of $150 million and maximum leverage of 50%.RECP seeks to invest $3 million to $30 million in new residential development joint ventures such as apartments, condos, condo conversions, student housing and lot developments nationwide. They also provide equity investments from $5 million to $30 million for new commercial development joint ventures such as office, retail or industrial properties.
