A Vietnamese billionaire pledged $5 million to San Jose flood victims on Wednesday, the largest gift promised since the flood ravaged three neighborhoods last week.

Los Angeles County businessman Kieu Hoang, who owns Shanghai RAAS Blood Products, gave $2 million to San Jose city leaders today and promised the rest of the funds at a later date, according to the San Jose Mercury News.
