Vestar Capital Partners has agreed to sell the MediMedia Pharma Solutions unit of MediMedia USA to Icon plc (ICLR) for $120 million, the buyer said Monday.
Yardley, Pa.-based MediMedia Pharma Solutions includes MediMedia Managed Markets, a provider of payer-validated market access services, and Complete Healthcare Communications, a medical and scientific communication agency.
