Unsightly privilege and greed on full display in allegations against USC and UCLA
So much for non-revenue-producing sports.
USC, UCLA, Georgetown, Yale, Texas, Stanford, Wake Forest and the U. of San Diego all showed up in a Justice Department indictment, a litany of negligence and privilege. It is not the most unsightly blemish on intercollegiate sports, but might be the most comprehensive.
Rich parents want their kids in college. College coaches and administrators want to be rich people.
