Unifor says customer service agents reach tentative agreement Air Canada; Air Canada reaches labour deal with Unifor
MONTREAL - The union representing Air Canada customer service agents in call centres and airports says it has reached a tentative agreement with the airline.
Unifor Local 2002 says the 5,600 members, which also includes customer journey management and customer relations representatives, will vote on the deal next week.
If ratified, the new six-year agreement would expire on Feb. 28, 2026.
