Public health officials in Utah wanted to get people talking about their new HIV-awareness campaign. So they hired an advertising firm to come up with a series of provocative, regionally-specific come-ons - "Toss The Jello Salad," "Explore Utah's Caves" - and slapped them on condom packages.
