A husband arrested after police said he strangled his wife to death with an electrical cord at their Kingsport home last month had his charges bound over to a grand jury.
Randall Neece, 30, appeared in Sessions Court for a preliminary hearing and will face another court date on April 6.
Judge Ray Conkin heard testimony from a detective who worked the case and described finding the victim LaKeesha Neece, a mother of three, on Jan. 18 at a home in the 400 block of West Valley Drive.
