Harry Fenstad, 81, is delighted the notoriously pockmarked Sugarloaf Mountain Road, Central Florida's most challenging hill to ascend, has been resurfaced and now provides a smooth and less-dangerous ride for his cycling friends.
"They did a nice job," said Fenstad, whose home at the top of the Lake County road is a welcome pit stop for cyclists who quench their thirst from a water cooler he puts out every day. "It's safer now for the cyclists."
