Blackstone Group LP and Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc.'s Stuyvesant Town-Peter Cooper Village rental apartment complex in Manhattan, N.Y., was awarded Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design platinum certification by the U.S. Green Building Council, IPE Real Assets reported.
