Three-dimensional printing manufacturer Stratasys Ltd.announced a pair of deals on Wednesday that will significantly expand its printing service.
The company said it will buySolid Concepts Inc. for $295 million. It will also pick up Harvest Technologiesfor an undisclosed sum.
