SRA Fines Shoosmiths Private Equity Head For Drink Driving
The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has fined a Shoosmiths partner after he was convicted of driving while under the influence of excess alcohol.
In a decision published by the SRA on May 7, Shoosmiths' head of private equity Sean Wright was fined £750. He will also pay £300 for the costs of the investigation.
Wright joined Shoosmiths in 2004 as a partner, according to the firm's website, and is based in its Solent office.
