Social commerce startup Kitsy Lane raises nearly $1M

Boston-based social commerce startup Kitsy Lane recently raised $918,000 in debt funding, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
The site offers a social commerce platform for people looking to launch their own Internet jewelry and accessories boutique.
The startup received the funding - out of a total $1.2 million - from six different investors, according to the filing.
A call to Kitsy Lane CEO Andy Fox was not immediately returned.
