Skanska announces EUR24m investment in the second phase of office project in LÃ³dz, Poland
Skanska AB (STO:SKAB) announced on Tuesday an investment of EUR24m in the second phase of Brama Miasta, an office development in Lódz, Poland.
The company said this second phase, with a total leasable area of around 13,600 square metres, will consist of one building 15 stories high.
According to Skanska, Brama Miasta is its third office development in Lódz. This two-building complex, to be delivered in two phases, will offer a total leasable area of around 41,400 square meters.
