Sex abuse probe costs OSU $6.2M

When Ohio State University received allegations of sexual abuse involving deceased university physician Richard Strauss, school officials announced that they would pursue an external, independent investigation. Over the next year, a team of lawyers worked to get to the bottom of it all: one dead employee, a 20-year career, hundreds of patients and a mountain of allegations.

Last month, Ohio State released the findings of that work, performed by Seattle-based law firm Perkins Coie.
