Serica Energy completes purchase of Bruce, Keith, Rhum fields in North Sea

Serica Energy PLC said Nov. 30 that the acquisition by unit Serica Energy (UK) Ltd. of interests in BP PLC's Bruce, Keith and Rhum fields and associated infrastructure in the North Sea was complete.
Separately on Nov. 30, Serica said the subsequent acquisitions by Serica Energy in the Bruce and Keith fields and associated infrastructure from Total E&P UK Ltd., BHP Billiton Petroleum Great Britain Ltd. and Marubeni Oil & Gas (u.k.) Ltd. are also complete.
