WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 -- Sen. John Hoeven, R-N.D., has introduced legislation (S. 325) to "require the Secretary of the Interior to convey the Garrison Diversion Unit Project Oakes Test Area in Dickey County, North Dakota, to the Dickey-Sargent Irrigation District."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 4 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-N.D. It was referred to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
