Sen. Feinstein Calls on Retailers, Banks to Promote Breast Cancer Research Stamp
Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-California, issued the following news release:
Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) last week called on banks, grocery stores and other sellers of the Breast Cancer Research Stamp to increase efforts to promote its sale in their stores.
The stamp is sold for 65 cents, with 10 cents of each sale going to fund breast cancer research and treatment. Since 1998, the stamp has raised nearly $90 million.
