SC orders stay on enforcing ex-defence minister, former Dhiggaru MP`s sentences
A court has suspended the sentences given to an ex-defense minister and a former MP.
Supreme Court has ordered stay on imposing the sentences of ex-defense minister Mohamed Nazim and former MP Ahmed Nazim, until a verdict was reached on the review of their conviction.
Both the defendants had earlier asked the apex court to review their conviction.
