Rozetka, a Ukraine-based e-commerce retailer, has announced the completion of a merger transaction with Ukraine-based internet company EVO to strengthen position in the Ukrainian e-commerce segment of the retail market, the company said.
The combined Rozetka-EVO platform has 2.0bn site visits and facilitates 30m e-commerce transactions per year over four geographies.
