PROVIDENCE -- As institutions such as Boston College announce a return to campus this fall, local colleges are adopting a wait-and-see approach while weighing a multitude of scenarios for a bricks-and-mortar reopening.
“Every alternative that we’re considering is precarious financially,” said RISD President Roseanne Somerson. “This is the new abnormal. We’re not going back to where we were on March 5.”
