Resource Capital Corp. (NYSE: RSO) (the "Company") announced today that it will pay a cash dividend on its 8.50% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the period from January 31, 2017 through and including April 30, 2017 in the amount of $0.531250 per share. The dividend will be payable on May 1, 2017 to holders of record on April 3, 2017.
