A survey from Cougar Software conducted amongst visitors to the Realcomm 2014 Conference in Las Vegas Nevada last week revealed that nearly 80% of attendees are looking for a cloud solution to access their real estate data. 79% of respondents see the value in implementing a financial modeling solution to help them make better decisions faster, and 58% are still using Excel to model their financial data.
