Southern California ’s housing market picked up in July, with sales rising for the first time in a year, a new housing report showed.
In all, 22,071 houses, condos and town homes changed hands last month, up 3.7% over July 2018, real estate data firm CoreLogic reported Wednesday.That’s the most sales for a July in four years.
