ST. LOUIS - The autopsy of a St. Louis ballerina whose body was found in a rural Missouri lake in November rules her death as a drowning but leaves other questions unanswered.

Authorities found the car of Raffaella Maria Stroik, 23, a dancer with St. Louis Ballet, on Nov. 13 near a lake in Mark Twain State Park, about 100 miles northwest of St. Louis.
