Pulse Evolution plans to become fully reporting since getting $10M investment

Pulse Evolution Corp., which makes digital versions of Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley and Marilyn Monroe, plans to become a fully reporting company in a few weeks, according to its chairman John Textor.

Textor told The Deal that the company would be filing its annual report in about three weeks and a quarterly financial filing shortly after that.
