PPHE takes staff in-house and ups pay to increase employee appeal
PPHE Hotel Group has brought more staff in-house and shifted a planned pay rise forward in a bid to be more competitive when hiring.
The company said it now directly employed housekeeping staff in three of its London hotels to enable it to offer better benefits to workers and be more attractive as an employer.
