Pharos Capital Group, LLC ("Pharos"), a private equity firm based in Dallas and Nashville, announced that its primary care group platform, Complete Health, has acquired Birmingham Internal Medicine Associates ("BIMA"), a provider of specialized and expanded primary care services in Birmingham, Alabama.
