ยท Two founders of the leveraged finance practice at Paul Hastings have left the firm, a spokesperson confirmed. Rich Farley and Mike Michetti both joined the firm's New York office in 2011 from Cahill Gordon & Reindel. Farley has joined Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel as corporate partner. His practice focuses on representing global commercial and investment banks and alternative investment funds in leveraged buyout financings and refinancings. It is unknown if Michetti has joined another firm....
