Parliament will sit again today as our city carries on undeterred
YESTERDAY marked the grim one-year anniversary of a terrorist massacre in Brussels, another event so horrific that it consumed the whole front page of this newspaper.
Since then other attacks have hit Europe, such as those in Nice and Berlin.
