Otterbein president: New urban center would bring 'a little of everything' to Westerville

Otterbein University President John Comerford says a dense mixed-use development on Westerville's 58-acre Braun Farm property would fill out one of the most prominent empty pieces of land in the city with a new urban center.

Termed "Uptown West," the development could include 240,000 square feet of office space, 100,000 square feet of medical office, 25,000 square feet of retail space and 627 multi-family units, built southwest of Otterbein's campus and along Cleveland Avenue. While the u...
