In a victory for Oregon's wine industry, a federal regulatory agency is requiring a Napa Valley winery to change its labels.

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, which approves wine labels, has ruled that Copper Cane Wines & Provisions from prominent Napa Valley Vintner Joe Wagner must change the labels on some of its wines, including the popular Elouan brand and The Willametter Journal.
