Onicx LLC's Lake Nona Medical Center Development LLC is planning an estimated $86.6 million mixed-use development at the Lake Nona community in southeast Orlando, Fla., the Orlando Business Journal reported, citing plans filed with the city.
The East Park Village Center project will include 264 apartments, a 400-room hotel, 51,730 square feet of medical office space and 15,596 square feet of restaurant and retail space.
