The death of astronaut Neil Armstrong, an Indian Hill resident who was the first man to walk on the moon, prompted concerns about his medical care that resulted in a $6 million payment as part of a settlement by Mercy Health-Cincinnati that was kept secret for years, according to documents recently provided to the Business Courier.
