MSP criticised for 'refusal' to speak for all his constituents
AN OUTSPOKEN Nationalist MSP yesterday said he would refuse to speak up for his constituents who want lower taxes or oppose Scottish separation.
John Mason, the Glasgow Shettleston MSP, said he was "happy" to represent everyone living in his seat "on issues like housing and to discuss all sorts of issues" with them.
But he added: "I will not be speaking up for constituents who want lower taxes, Orange marches, keeping Scotland in the UK, etc."
