MRA study finds support for women's advancement in workplace
A recent study by a local employer association found more than half of its members are placing women in jobs that have traditionally been held by men.
MRA, a nonprofit association that serves more than 4,000 employers, conducted a study on attitudes, representation, practices and progress for women in the workplace. The study found 57 percent of the organization's members place women into jobs that men have traditionally occupied.
