Mpls. names resilience chief
The city of Minneapolis has hired Ron Harris as its new chief resilience officer, a grant-funded position that will focus on affordable housing, climate change and economic inequality.
The job has been vacant for the past year, since Kate Knuth resigned after seven months in the job.
