TheMethodist Health System Foundation will present the Robert S. Folsom Leadership Award to state Sen.Royce West, D-Dallas, at its annual fundraising dinner Thursday at theHilton Anatole.
The honor recognizes West’s nearly 26 years of service as a state senator and his legislative achievements, particularly with respect to education, services for at-risk youth and public safety.
