Medalist Diversified REIT Inc. filed for an offering of up to $11.5 million of its common shares, estimated solely to calculate the registration fee.
The company, which closed its IPO in late 2018, has 2,321,582 common shares outstanding. The shares trade under the MDRR symbol on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
