Manchester man to deny 1979 murder of Cedar Rapids teen
A 64-year old Manchester man has been charged with murder in the 1979 death of a Cedar Rapids teen.
Jerry Lynn Burns` lawyer says his client will not admit to the charges.
Leon Spies said Burns will plead not guilty at his yet-to-be scheduled indictment.
Burns has been detained on a bail of $5 million.
