Making sure helping hands don't go empty
Fai Mathews wakes up each morning without an alarm clock, ready for her early- morning job that begins at a downtown Seattle warehouse. She doesn't need any buzzer to get her up.
"I know what I'm going to be doing every day," Mathews said. "I'm going to give people a chance to survive."
