The People's Operator, the ethical mobile phone company backed by Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales, has sealed a deal to raise cash from the owner of virtual mobile operator LycaMobile. Shares in the People's Operator have been suspended on Aim since July. The deal will see WWW Holding, LycaMobile's owner, take a 30pc stake and provide £1.3m funds.
