Insurance market Lloyd's of London has appointed Burkhard Keese as its chief financial officer after 14 years at German insurer Allianz Group. He will start the job on April 1. Mr Burkhard said it was an "incredible opportunity" to play a part in Lloyd's success, while John Neal, chief executive, said Mr Burkhard joins the firm at an "exciting time".
