Last taste of foie gras at Hana re was worth the visit
It was just a coincidence that I ate foie gras two nights before the U.S. Supreme Court on Jan. 7 announced it would not be hearing the foie gras farmers’ appeal of California’s ban on the production and sale of fattened duck liver, effectively upholding the law that has been working its way through the lower courts for years.
